Custom Contract Manufacturing of Jigsaw Puzzles

444 Ltd. is in the puzzle business in a "small" and "BIG" way and says, "We are, to the best of our knowledge, the only manufacturer of jigsaw puzzles in Canada. We have two SHERIDAN Four Post Die Cutters and a few smaller presses to provide the marketplace with small and medium run puzzles.

We will be manufacturing Custom puzzles for the Corporate Communications and Specialty Markets. In addition to our in-house manufacturing of jigsaw puzzles, 444 Ltd. has formed strategic alliances with several manufacturers to deliver Custom Corporate Puzzles in Larger Formats and Run Qtys.

There has been interest in larger run puzzles for which we would gladly source from ASIA. We can coordinate the printing and die cutting with our partners and deliver a retail quality puzzle at economical prices.

We are very excited about the abilities we now have in the Custom Puzzle Markets. Combined with our Digital Print Capabilities, we now can produce a boxed puzzle on a one-off basis We are currently working with several retail distribution Partners on bringing our capabilities to the Marketplace."
