Turn Your Palm Into An Arcade Classic Game

TB Labs has released Hot Games Pack v. 2.7, a selection of 13 classic arcade and board games for the Palm operating system:

Hot Sokoban lets you solve maze puzzles by moving blocks with the handheld's buttons or with a stylus. The program comes with several libraries of increasingly difficult levels of play.

Paratroopers is a computer war game that matches your prowess with guns and missiles against soldiers parachuting into your territory, and airplanes dropping bombs on you.

Memory Coach helps you improve your visual memory as you have fun. You have to remember where randomly-placed pairs of cards are located on your screen, and match them. The game cards come in four theme-packs: Nature, alphabet, computers, and geometry.

Battle City pits you, a tank driver, against an enemy invading your territory. The game includes three missions, with 15 levels of play in each mission.

Solitaire House lets you play four classic solitaire card games: Klondike, Trefoil, FreeCell and Grandfather's Clock.

Hot Snake is a worm-like arcade game in which you run in circles, collecting stars without running into yourself or the walls. The more stars you eat, the longer the snake becomes and the harder it is to stay alive.

Hot Checkers includes three versions of the classic board game: American Checkers, Russian Shashki, and Giveaway.

Hot Hangman, the all-time educational favorite, challenges you to guess a hidden word before you're hanged.

Hot Worm is a fast-moving game, similar to the arcade machine versions, in which you eat bugs and avoid bumping into yourself.

Hot Lines lets you remove pieces from the board by lining up five similar pieces in a row. As the board fills, the game gets harder and harder.

Hot Xonix is a multilevel game in which you capture squares while avoiding a clever alien.

In Hot Pipes, you add pieces of pipe to each other, to prevent water from spilling out.

SeaWar is a remake of a popular seawar game played on paper by two human players. Your goal is to sink all computer's ships by shooting to its gamefield.

The Hot Games Pack games are easy to learn, and difficult to master. These fun-filled games provide a refreshing break from your work, making you more productive when you return to your computer tasks.
