As you move from room to room you will gather clues and make suggestions to other players as to who may be under suspicion. As you slowing eliminate suspects you use your cunning to put others off the trail of the dastardly Professor Plum or the daring Mrs. White. A solicitor’s clerk named Anthony Pratt and his wife created this wonderful game in 1943. It was marketed in Britain as Cluedo making it’s way to North America in 1949 as Clue, and is now marketed in 73 countries. Did you know there are all of 324 different possible solutions for the Clue boardgame? That means every game is a brand new game with new challenges. As with many popular games there have been spin offs. You will find a Simpson’s version, A Scooby Do version, Clue Jr. for the young set, Clue II: Murder at Boddy Mansion, Scotland Yard, Clue Chronicles: Fatal Illusion and the Clue Card Game.
